HIVAC90 is a high speed line for under vacuum packaging belonging to the family of vertical mandrel automatic machines. It makes paket shape or gable top bags with a high degree of vacuum or in modified atmosphere with nitrogen flushing, in order to guarantee always the best preservation of the product.

A wide variety of possibilities for the bag top treatment are available: simple or double fold, “half moon” profile for easy opening, reclosing adhesive tape or labels and tin-tie. Upon request the machine may fit the Aroma System oneway degassing valve. This compact packaging line, which integrates perfectly sturdy mechanics with the most advanced electronic motion technology, reaches normally an operational speed of 80 ppm.
